La Pizza di Casa

mix  all with the warm water minus the flour...let it sit for 5 minutes and then mix it with the flour and make the dough...dough should not stick to skin

add flour or water if needed

then  dough sit until rises.. 1 hr or so

oven at 475 

bake  for 10 minutes with sauce in a olive oily pizza pan to make the crust

then add the muzz and some oregano and sprinkle some olive oil

bake  until u think its done


3 cups of bread flour

1 cup of warm water

1 pkg dry yeast

1/2 tspn of salt

1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

1 tspn of sugar

1 tbsp  of  balsamic vinegar
